Acumen AIQ
Acumen AIQ – AI Readiness, Applied
Acumen AIQ is ACF’s practical AI readiness assessment for organisations that need to know how effectively their people can use AI – and where the risks, capability gaps and development priorities lie.
It assesses how people use, question, verify and supervise AI output in realistic professional situations, providing a clearer view of actual capability than knowledge testing or self-assessment alone.

Practical Performance. Responsible Use.
AIQ assesses what people actually do when working with AI.
Participants must decide when and how AI should be used, challenge weak output, verify important information, recognise limitations and take responsibility for the final result.
The assessment also tests whether AI is being used with appropriate professional control, including verification, information handling, bias, unsupported conclusions, escalation and accountability.
Clear Diagnostic Insight
AIQ turns assessment results into a structured view of AI readiness across individuals, cohorts and functions.
Reporting highlights strengths, capability gaps and recurring risk patterns, providing a clear basis for decisions about training, support and governance.
The result is a more precise understanding of where an organisation is ready to use AI effectively – and where further development or control is required.

Target Development. Measure Improvement.
AIQ can be used before and after development activity to establish a baseline, target priority areas and measure improvement.

This allows organisations to focus investment where it will have most impact and demonstrate whether capability has improved.
