Applied, experiential learning – putting theory into practice immediately – is the fundamental principle on which ACF’s training philosophy was founded.
It was not added later in response to changing learning fashions. It has always been at the heart of the way we teach.
ACF pioneered the use of simulation in financial training and created Global Trader, the first multi-market trading simulator. Since then, we have developed a suite of sophisticated, configurable simulations covering many areas of banking, financial markets, investment and business.
Today, ACF simulations are used across recruitment, intern programs, onboarding, Early Careers, professional development, assessment and client education.
They range from multi-asset trading and portfolio management to whole-bank management, corporate finance, M&A and enterprise decision-making.
